As goofy as it may seem, I was apparently drawing Darth Vader's TIE fighter with a baseball cap on it! I've flipped the wing and added the front window in blue to the above detail view, to more clearly illustrate my thesis.

Plagiarism
... of Joan Walsh Anglund, of all people! Although I can't seem to find a baseball player image of hers to compare it with, so it's possible that I'm actually attempting to do original work in her style, which is even nuttier. I've been racking my brain trying to figure out the lower image, and I've only just untangled it. I initially saw it as some sort of robot (or perhaps a space heater) on skis or rockers, but I now realize that I was looking at it from the wrong angle:

Devlin- this blog is great!
I just found your blog and it's fab! Now we're all jealous we didn't save our scribbles too, lol.
what an awesome blog!
I found like only one of my drawings from when I was three, and I was super excited when I found it.
It's sort of addicting to be able to see a 'full' collection of drawings by a single child!
great idea :)
Your blog totally rocks dude! I love love love it and will have to visit a lot and often!! Many thanks!
You've disappeared again! Sorry, not trying to put pressure on you, just love this blog! Checking back often...
Kudos to your mum for having kept all your work :) which I can only imagine was out of lots of affection, although after having browsed through them, I think they're great! Most artists show talent early on!
Aw, I wish I'd kept all my childhood drawings. This blog is great!
By the way, I can't help wondering how you managed to make the next post from 90 years in the future (check out the date!)
I live backwards, like Merlin, or Benjamin Button, so that was actually my first post.
Incidentally, I finally located one crucial piece of material for a somewhat involved posting that I was planning when this ground to a halt last fall, so there should be new material here within a month. And if that doesn't happen, I'll just delete this comment, and nobody will be able to prove I said this. So there!
