Questionable Perspective

...unless we assume that this is in fact a special covered wagon shaped like a piece of elbow macaroni, so as to make it easier to circle the wagons at night. Of course, during the day, you'd just be riding in circles, so maybe this would be best suited for chickens who want the pioneer lifestyle without the risk of actually leaving town and heading out to the territories.

Talcum-Powder Cowboy

My grandmother has a small desk that is off limits to all, crammed to the gills with papers and photos and mementos. I'm actually going to have to pack all of its content into boxes and put it in storage, as her house has fallen into disrepair with her not in residence any longer, and it's too moist and moldy for it to safely remain. Among those items are several toys of my father's that she would let me handle on occasion. One of them is a red plastic talcum powder bottle shaped like a stylized cowboy, with a white cowboy hat as a cap. While I've neglected to draw that hat, I'm pretty certain that this drawing is based on that bottle.

Return of the Space Cowboy

Here is the other version of this drawing that I mentioned last week. I wonder if they're perhaps copies of an image I saw somewhere, since the drawings are so similar. (though, in coloring, I seem to have turned the lasso into a balloon...which changes the mood a bit).

Some People Might Call This a "Space Cowboy"

Few, if any, would call it a "Gangster of Love", however.

In an Old Western Saloon

Yes, they're whooping it up in the old tavern tonight! Zeke and Clem are playing a friendly game of pinochle, a rowdy is throwing a bottle at nothing particular, and the piano player picks out a melody to accompany the lovely girl singer. Suddenly, into this lively scene, a stranger bursts through the swinging doors! Will those guns (slung backwards in their holsters, for some reason) soon be spitting hot lead at someone?
